Online, phone or email counselling allows you be somewhere you feel comfortable, saves the hassle of commuting and allows for more flexibility when scheduling your sessions.

Online counselling: I provide online counselling using Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, which are secure video conferencing platforms. You can access these sessions from anywhere in the UK as long as you won’t be overheard and have a strong Internet connection. I start the online meeting a few minutes before the session time, ready for you to join and if you have any problems, just let me know.

Phone counselling: If we are working by phone, I will call you at our agreed session time.

Email counselling: If we are working by email, we will agree a date and time for you to send your email, and I will respond 48 hours later. I use Proton Mail which is a secure email system, you will also need to set up a free account with them – this is easy and I can explain how to do it. I have a blog post that explains more about email counselling here.

I offer a reduced price video or phone introductory session, which is £25 and lasts for up to 50 minutes – please contact me if you’re interested. This session lets us work out if I am a good fit for you as a counsellor, discuss what issues you want to bring to counselling, talk through my contract and for you decide if you want to continue with sessions with me.

I also offer a reduced price email introductory session, which is £25. I will give you some ideas of what to write for this first email, and we will arrange a convenient time for you to send it and for me to reply. If you’re interested in this, please get in touch.

Therapy sessions are £55 each and are usually weekly. Video and phone sessions last 50 minutes. I accept payment by bank transfer in advance of each session.
